Following the announcement on the future of the Association at the 2017 AGM, in January this year a short Survey was made available for Members to express their views on various issues but disappointingly only just over 50% (626 Members) took the time to complete it. A snapshot of the top responses to each question has already been published on the Website and also appears in the recent Issue of the Newsletter.
Taking all things into account, the Committee will table TWO MOTIONS, in respect to the timing of the Association's Dissolution, at this year's AGM. As usual, a Proxy Voting Paper will be available for downloading from the Website, along with the AGM Agenda, for non-attenders to vote on these or any other Motion.
The Motions to be tabled by the Committee are a follows:
"That the Association is officially dissolved in September 2019, ie the 25th Anniversary of its formation, with the last AGM and Reunion being held in that month"
"That the Association is officially dissolved in September 2020, with the last AGM and Reunion being held in that month
